Although their web site and product wrapping says “grass fed”, the milk comes from cows that are fed some grain (Sure Crop in Grindrod) while being milked.
In Canada there are no standards governing the use of “grass fed”, although in the U.S. it means “no grain”, and might be mistakenly understood in Canada to mean that too.
