Vendor Profile

Certified organic apple orchard growing primarily Gala along with Ambrosia, Macintosh, Spartan, Honeycrisp, Salish and Granny Smith apples.

The main section of the orchard is now aging out and we are in the process of establishing a new orchard, introducing several varieties of apples and pear. New apple varieties available in coming years include Northern Spy, Ruby Red Mac, Gravenstein, Calville de Blanc, Hidden Rose, Golden Russet, Winesap, Braeburn and several others.

An acre of the orchard is devoted to permaculture with a mix of fruit trees, berries, herbs, veg and diverse companion plants.

	Remarks
Fruit	Curlew supplies apples into mid-winter, but delivers bulk quantities at harvest (Sep-Oct).
